After success of Dandelion project, Filippo Oggioni and Paolo Bariani moved to Vecchio Ristoro. Keeping restaurant’s history and quality intact, they are nowadays the reference for high cuisine in Aosta.
Concrete, innovation and respect for tradition: this philosophy constantly inspire Vecchio ristoro and its secondo life, quickly awarded with One Michelin Star in 2021.
Vecchio Ristoro is located inside a mill, dated back to 17th century. It was active until 1960 and original wheel, millstone and gears are still visible inside the restaurant. The Cozy dining features only 7 tables, enhancing the elegant and classic environment.
LA STORIA DEL
Edificio monumento, protetto dalla sovraintendenza datato circa 1600. Usato come mulino circa fino agli anni ’60 ancora presente all’interno del ristorante a vista compreso di ruota, ingranaggi e macina che è raffigurata in negativo nel logo del ristorante. L’intima sala del vecchio ristoro si compone di 7 tavoli esclusivi fedele alla classicità dell’ambiente
